For the Non-Pinoys and those that do not recognize the guy on the right, that's Andrew E. (during his younger years), a once very famous rapper ("Humanap Ka Ng Panget" popularity) and TV/movie comedian in the Philippines.
Of course the guy on the left is Andres Bonifacio (a tapang a tao) :)
