No Warrant of Arrest for Abalos

For many reasons that really astounds me at this point, Noynoy Aquino is now being sold to the public by his mesmerized fans and media as "the one." The great hero whose time has come to  put every single corrupt government official in their rightful places.

However, it seems Benjamin Abalos, former COMELEC chairman, is a bit wiser than all the lawyers of the administration as he was able to temporarily elude a warrant of arrest because his lawyers filed a  very urgent motion for Judicial Determination of Probable Cause on the electoral sabotage case filed against him.

More plainly stated, the lawyers of the former Chairman are asking the RTC judge to decide for himself if probable cause exists to file electoral sabotage charges against their client. The judge, who coincidentally happens to be Judge Jesus Mupas of Pasay RTC Br. 112,  now has to dispose of that motion first before doing pretty much anything else.

I never knew such a motion existed. It seems Abalos can easily outwit us and is probably at home laughing and comfortably relaxed while playing his rubics cube thinking he would always be one step ahead of every legal action of the administration.

My advise to every administration lawyer out there is to further do their research and homework because there might also be other motions out there that they are not aware of that would further impede on our hero’s fight against the villanous bastards that corrupted our land.

If Noynoy would be a superhero, I would simply call him “ Super Pnoy”, because “his DOJ watchlist order is stronger than a TRO, his speech is more powerful than ethics in a criminal justice summit, he would never offer his “balls” or his “bird” in exchange for national interest, he stopped Arroyo from flying on a plane, he is Super Pnoy!”

Transgender not Transvestite

Isis King, a Fashion Model, Designer, and a previous America’s Next Top Model contestant for two seasons (11^th and 17^th) corrected a statement in the news that she was a transvestite. According to her a transvestite is someone who just cross-dresses. She on the other hand is more appropriately should be called a transgender , one whose gender identity does not match its physically assigned sex and underwent many sexual reassignment surgery  to look and feel like a true woman.

According to wikipedia, "Transgender" does not imply any specific form of sexual orientation; transgender people may be identified as:

heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, pansexual, polysexual, or asexual;

Some people consider conventional sexual orientation labels inadequate or inapplicable to them. But here in the Philippines, a member of the third sex, especially if he explicitly display himself openly as part of the culturally unconventional gender roles, is now popularly called a “Becky”,

Recently some are proposing we should now consider calling a person who denies or does not openly declare their sexual disorientation as a “Piolo” or a “Midas”.

Nothing But Teenage Romance

I’ve noticed that  the plot of ABS-CBN’s new tele-drama, “Angelito: Batang Ama”, starred by JM De Guzman and Charee Pineda, also deals with teenage romance revolving around early sexual realizations, marriage, pregnancy, and parenthood similar to their previous teleserye show “Katorse”. It seems they just twisted it a little bit and used  a male in the lead role instead.

The story of "Angelito: Batang Ama" revolves around a teenager, Angelito (JM De Guzman) who impregnates his high-school girlfriend (Charee Pineda) and strives to raise their child. The story is centered to the young man who became a father at early age and his obstacles in life.

If you would recall " Katorse", starred by Erich Gonzales, Enchong Dee and  Ejay Falcon, Erich played the role of Nene, an ordinary barrio lass whose life was changed with the arrival of her childhood friends Albert and Gabby during one fateful summer. Two guys vyed for her attention and Nene embarked on a romantic adventure that turned into a disaster when she faced an unwanted pregnancy. ...Hhhmmmm...same plot, rightt?

Have they really ran out of ideas? What will they think of next? Maybe the next lead role will be given to a dog….Wait, there was one show on another TV station who had a dog in the lead role already. But, it would be different if they continue to play with the same old plot and follow the life of a dog as it copes with the hard life of surviving the drama of their teenage masters' unwanted pregnancy.

China Executes Drug Mules

There’s no stopping China from  executing convicted drug mules.  Recently, another Filipino caught  smuggling 1.495 kilos of heroin at the Guilin International Airport in southern China, was executed via lethat injection.

 The Philippine government tried to appeal for clemency for the Filipino convict but China turned down a visit from Vice-President Jejomar Binay who was supposed to deliver a letter from President Aquino to Chinese President Hu Jintao appealing for the commutation of the death sentence to life imprisonment.

Due to the firm stand of China against drug mules, Vice Ganda, a popular Filipino comedian has expressed his cancellation of his scheduled concerts in China. She said ” Sorry to all my unkabogable Filipino fans in China but I’m afraid to go there because Chinese authorities might confused me also as being a drug mule. Magkamukha lang ang horse at mule noh!”

Euthanasia Only for Dogs

Korean nationals were caught operating an underground dog fight in Cavite. The fights were being streamed live on the Internet while patrons place bets worth hundred of thousands to a million Korean won.

Authorities were able to rescue 252 fighting pitbulls in cages but the Cavite veterinary office decided on “mercy killing” (euthanasia) 25 dogs that were already very ill and badly injured from the fights.

Euthanasia refers to the practice of intentionally ending a life in order to relieve pain and suffering.

Right now the only health complaint we’ve heard from Arroyo is that she lost several pounds, and that her weight right now is a mere 43 kilos.  According to her, she is attributing her weight loss because of the dissapointing demagogary that the Aquino administration is actively pursuing to destroy her image in public. She said she has been pre-judged already by the many.

It was a good thing that the Arroyo camp has stopped their claims of life-threatening illnesses for Arroyo, as it would be a a popular proposal for the masses to subject Arroyo to the same practice of Euthanasia.

Schizophrenic Family

Janelle Manahan, Ramgen Revilla's girlfriend, filed an affidavit detailing what happened on the night of Ram's murder and the possible motives behind it. Among her revelations was that Genelyn Magsaysay, Ram's mother, has schizophrenia, which pushed Ram into acting as both the father and mother in their family.

 However, Genelyn refuted Janelle's statement about her alleged schizophrenia. "I have depression. At yung depression ko po, nag-ugat iyan simula po ng aking pagkabata. (My depression started from when I was young.)"

Accoring to Wikipedia, schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by a disintegration of thought processes and of emotional responsiveness. It most commonly manifests itself as auditory hallucinations, paranoid or bizarre delusions, or disorganized speech and thinking, and it is accompanied by significant social or occupational dysfunction. The onset of symptoms typically occurs in young adulthood. Diagnosis is based on observed behavior and the patient's reported experiences.

Hhhmmm, if we will look into the characteristics of Ramgen’s sister, Ramona Mara Bautista, the wiki definition aptly describes her disorganized speech and thinking (frequently changing and contradicting statements), She is at a young adulthood stage (age 19 and already married), and her observed behavior (hastily leaving the country for Turkey) and reported experiences (recorded statement conflicting with her previous statements, and with the statements of Manahan). Could the schizophrenia illness be running in the family?

Exit Points at St. Luke’s Medical Center

I’ve learned from the news that there are actually five (5) exit points from the St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City Taguig: From all four street sides of the hospital, and from the hospital’s rooftop helipad.

Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is scheduled to be transferred today from St. Lukes to the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC). The government has identified all exit points and has placed several security personnels under close watch. According to media, possible transfer paths would be by EDSA via North Avenue or by C5 via Katipunan road.

However, a reliable source said that there is a well-guarded secret sixth exit point from the St. Luke’s hospital, and that is via underground tunnel located below the hospital. There was a huge probabillity that this sixth exit point will be used because it was overheard by the source that a “mole” was scheduled to be burrowing underground.

Final Note/Huling Hirit:

There seems to be heavy rains pouring this morning.  A would be hindrance for all the groups, both supporters and detractors of Arroyo, who plan to hold rallies or picket lines infront of the said hospitals. Well, its good news and bad news for them.

The bad news is the supporters  won’t be getting any payment  at the end of the day if the rain continues to pour . The good news is, at least they don’t have to  subject themselves to the shame of selling their beliefs and morality in exchange for a few pesos. (It’s true! People were here at our neighborhood the other day offering money in exchange for our souls!)

The police intends to transport Arroyo by helicopter but the Arroyo camp refused partly because of the heavy rains, and Elena Bautista Horn, Arroyo’s chief of staff complained  “ They cannot force the former President to travel by chopper because the original plan was by road. Paano na yung mga binayaran naming mga supporters na dapat ay mag-aabang sa mga dadaanan ng ating dating pangulo para siya ay alayan ng mga bulaklak at confetti. Noone among them can afford to follow by chopper, mga dukha lamang sila na willing ipagbili ang kanilang mga kaluluwa kapalit ng kaunting barya.”
